Bill nicknames, plain-English summaries, and the Helps You / Watch Out / Neutral labels are produced by AI following criteria written by Civic Delaware, and we audit them regularly and edit them as needed. Errors can still occur. Check the official bill text on legis.delaware.gov. We show the official bill synopsis alongside the AI summary so you can verify it against the primary source yourself. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that every summary is error-free.
